1. B2B Only
This platform is strictly for verified business entities – mobile retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers and exporters. We reserve the right to request GSTIN / business proof before processing any order.
2. Advance Payment
All orders are processed on an advance payment basis only. Dispatch begins only after full payment is received via RTGS / NEFT / IMPS / UPI.
3. Genuine Stock & GST Billing
We supply 100% genuine products obtained through authorised channels and issue proper GST invoices on every order. No grey-market or refurbished stock is sold.
4. Product Warranty
Any hardware defect, software issue or performance problem must be addressed directly through the respective brand’s authorised service centres (Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc.). Gurudevs is not responsible for after-sales service of brand products.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot normally be cancelled or altered. Please verify models, quantities and pricing carefully before confirming.
6. Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in Chennai (subject to cut-off time and stock). Next-day delivery is offered across Tamil Nadu and selected South Indian states. Pan-India shipping is available for bulk orders. Shipping charges are as actuals.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gurudevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from product supply, except as required under applicable Indian law.
